I bought a brand new 2015 F250 in 2014 and regretted it because I actually use the truck for work. I beat the hell out of it. Then I was dumb and bought a 2017 Ram 2500 Diesel and also kind of regret it but I'm not as worried about destroying the thing and I know the diesel will last longer. That being said, if you're going to buy a new truck for work I would very strongly advise against it. They lose value insanely quick and like to hang around the $20-$30k mark for a few years but I was underwater on my Ford loan until this year.
