Tip to anyone unfamiliar with S.A. outside of Adelaide and travelling to York Peninsula ( my favourite SA surfing area, reef and beach/big wave with right swell). There are NO natural fresh water creeks rivers or anything on the entire peninsula. Only sheep troughs dams or taps, so bring plenty. Definitely do not by- pass the turn off past Port Wakefield because the Innes national park and the small coastal towns are a treat in history and extremely friendly people. Farmers will wave g'day at you from their paddock, and get used to raising your finger to say g'day to every passing local car or person walking. Friendliest place in Australia from a person NSW country born but living in the Gong.

Re fuel at Marion bay just before Innes N.P. and first surf chech should be 'Chinamans, a dredging lefthand deep barrel right before the shallow ledge submerged ledge. Goofey's delight but nice backhander. Tip; if seals or dolphins start riding the waves with you they don't want to play, it means there's a big Noah (white pointer) lurking probably no more than 10 metres outside the break. When you see someone on the cuff waving they aren't waving g'day or great wave, just come in. Also further on there's Ethel's, named after a beached ship that is now barely visible. Don't surf there if you see schools of mullet or salmon for obvious reasons but otherwise it's a nice kamikaze beach barrel with a step intense drop, it'll nail the unwary because it's a very heavy wave. Further on just check where ever you can before you get to Pondie, not sure of spelling. Good camping area with a long sandy beach with decent beach break waves close walk from the camping area. All sand breaks with no reef. Further on, 1 hr approx is corny point. A nice to perfect reef break/s. For all semi and experienced surfers up to around 4foot but when the swell lines directly from the southern ocean down Antarctica where it's pretty cold it's no place for anyone but experienced. A beautiful angry but perfect big 8-10 foot+ wave that will reward you with memories you can rightfully brag about. Get it wrong and you'll re surface close to rocks with half a board and crying out " mummy". There's only a few who don't survive so chances are it's just going to give you a life saving lesson in life so take it a you wish. If you're a big wave surfer and have the experience it's one wave I recommend you must surf in a big swell at least once. Enjoy all.

The pear revelation was quite the twist 😆. I think this vid has taken the top spot from the blindfolded trail walking as my favorite!! And while it wasn’t a full second workout montage, the music over the yoga stretch still hit.

How have you not tried a pear before? 🧐 That music doing the workout is from the 80s. Close enough I guess, 😂
