Rule suggestions: if all your status you have to "start a new life" (Just one life and its over depending if it been a long and you want to end it) Pretty much you have to give all your money and delete your house fully! And start all over but! No starter house (you have to full your status before starting over so you don't "die" again) and live homeless and another suggestion is if you don't pay your bill for 2 episode you get "kick out" And have to make a new house and if you want to get your house back you will have to pay someone random thousand dollars to get it back! (It might not be necessary now but later on if you have a big house or something you might have a bigger bill so you have to watch out)

Another thing that you could add to your list is that you can’t go anywhere with another person’s car and if anyone asks for you to go to their plot you’re mood have to be in the green.
