What a work of art. I did not know anything about the North Shore.

Oh my gosh, thank you so much! I feel like the North Shore doesn't get the credit it deserves. I want to come back here every November now - there was something so calming and peaceful about it.

Oh Sharon, I'm so sorry! What a terrible year this has been for you. I hope your heath has been improving and that you're making a strong recovery. It makes me so happy to hear that this little video brightened your day. That's why I make them. Thank you so much for taking the time to watch it.

Beautiful as always! You are so good at showcasing the beauty and charm of the places you visit. Dreaming of a time when I will be able to visit all of these wonderful east coast/New England destinations that you are able to go to. We are currently stationed in the desert of Southern California and while it has it's own beauty, I miss the east coast something fierce! I always come back to your videos when I need a dose of the ocean or small town charm. Thank you for sharing! Its always brightens my day when I see a video of yours in my subscriptions.

This made me so happy to read - thank you so much! That's one of the big reasons I love making these kinds of videos. I would love to visit the desert someday, but I kiiiiiind of feel you - I'd probably miss the East Coast too :) Thank you again so much for such kind words and for taking the time to watch.

Ha! :) It is! But in a fun way. I usually only do it if the mood strikes and there aren't a lot of people around. It was easy to want to film everything during this trip. I'm so glad I could provide a little virtual getaway for you! Thank you so much for watching :)

Welcome to New England. I grew up in VT, family is still there but MA is where I consider home. I've lived in VT, NH, CT, MA, FL, NC, WI, AZ, NM, Vegas, Mexico and Europe. RI is lovely as well. MA has the excellent healthcare and education as well.

I loved you’re video! My daughter and I are from south Alabama and were there for almost 2 weeks. We just returned home a couple of weeks ago and we really miss it. A week of our trip was spent in Salem in which we ventured to all the Salem attractions you showcased, as well as Gloucester, Manchester and into Maine. The last part of our vacation was spent in Boston and Plymouth. When I was in the military I spent time in North Carolina but never ventured to any areas north so it was my first time in the New England area as it was my young daughters as well. The people were so friendly and ambiance if Salem just draws you in to the point we didn’t want to leave. My daughter just turned 13 and we’ve decided when she graduates high school we will be moving to Salem, because her mother has custody right now and I want move out of state until she can come with me. Thank you for sharing your video, it brings great memories back.

Missing subtitles of where these places are. So lost, cannot use this video for planning our up coming trip, unfortunately because I love the shots! Like that Salem looks too be at Fort Pickering

I live walking distance from Winter Island where you started your video! Thanks for making this! It really solidified for me why I love living here. Oh…. and that my wife and I really need to get out and explore more. Looking through your videos I didn’t see Portsmouth NH…. Google it! I think you could make a great video there

Oh wow, what a great area to live in! My husband and I spent a night in Portsmouth once on our way to Maine, and we loved it. Have been wanting to go back for a while now. Hopefully soon :) Thanks so much for taking the time to watch and comment.

Just wondered if anyone can tell me if flying in to Bangor, seeing Acadia and then working our way down to Boston and flying out of there makes sense?
@NewEnglandWanderlust2 жыл бұрын
Hey there! You can definitely do that :) I actually always recommend that if you have the time, you should absolutely drive the coast of Maine into Massachusetts because it's one of the most beautiful road trips in New England. I would suggest that you have at least a week to explore, as it will be a lot of driving, but if you have the time, do it! Hope that helps :)

Do not rent a room at the Avalon motel in Saugus Massachusetts. Someone broke into my nieces room and stole money. They didn’t care. There are no microwave ovens to heat your food and there are mice there. The Avalon motel is a bad place. Whoever reads this spread the word.
