I’m so proud of you Sockie! I know it wasn’t easy to face that fear and get through the anxiety 🩷 I think it’s so important to continue facing those fears and doing things that make you anxious. I made the mistake of starting to run away from things like that and now I’m at a point where I can’t even go out to eat with my family without getting really sick.
