Excellent information bro 😎👍. My family and I stayed in Isla Verde many times. As a matter of fact, I have video from one vacation of Stevie Jr running back and forth on that beach. This was shortly after he learned how to walk. Great vaca memories. I’ve also enjoyed flying in Puerto Rico. They have so many amazing locations. Sneaking out for a sunrise is a must 😁.

Isla verde is an area in Carolina it's not a town The airport is also in Carolina And there are beautiful beaches all over PR but the best are north west And what they call new San Juan is really Santurce San Juan is old SJ which is an island

Love this video. Lived in PR as kid. I highly recommend Playa Cerro Gordo for drone flight. About 30 min west of San Juan. We stood at the El San Juan last April and will be at La Concha in August.

Isla Verde is part of the town of Carolina. I love Isla Verde. The beach is wonderful! It has the best hotel area and restaurants. In Isla Verde we don't have Co-op apartments. Most buildings are private apartments. If not, they are hotels.

I have my flights booked for PR first week of March. My concern is should I just take the mini 4 pro because of its weight class or is it okay to take the mavic 3 pro cine aswell?? Wow bro. I appreciate the comment. Fantastic time to go to Puerto Rico. There is no issues with weight class in PR. I would recommend the Mavic 3 Pro Cine because chances are winds will be high, especially at the shore fronts or high elevations. If you want to pack light, then Mini…. However strongly recommend Mavic.

Amazing video - I love seeing Puerto Rico from this perspective; not the usual shots we see. I plan to travel there at some point soon! I love my Mavic 3 Pro, but taking it on the plane and flying such a large drone in an area I'm not as familiar with makes me more nervous, and more likely to take my Mini 4 Pro instead. What do you do to get more comfortable flying that larger drone in an area where you're not sure how people might react versus a smaller/quieter drone? If I could get past this, I would fly my M3P much more. Thanks Eddie!

That’s a good question, Chris. I certainly do think about large loud drones being more intrusive, but I also think about the environment. In this case, a mini would 100% struggle at isla verde beach and parts of Puerto Rico due to the high winds. Because of that, I would side with the stronger larger drone.

@@MrEddieNunez Thanks for the reply! Good point about the wind and the struggles of the Mini drones. Guess it's just a matter of being safe and responsible, not being nervous, and flying carefully in new environments as much as possible to develop that comfort level.

Thank you so much for map and guidelines! I am traveling to PR in a couple of weeks and staying at a AirBNB at isla verde. I was worried about flying my drone because the airport is so nearby, 10 mins away. I am staying left of El San Juan resort, actually the condos in front of Pizza City so I am in the clear. Won’t be going to right, to be safe lol…amazing videos. Ended up subscribing and viewing the other PR videos and I am also from NY, Long Island so I agree, the drone always coming with us on vacation.
