Hello again 😀! It is so fun to see these things through your eyes, because it's just normal for me 😀. I grew up on the same latitude as Kiruna, so that was my childhood. Everyone thinks it's totally dark in the dark times, but as you saw it's not at all. The sun is not up for a few weeks, but we still have a beautiful kind of blue light 😀. Thank you for sharing this fun trip 😘

So fun! A few years ago my husband and I went to Alaska for vacation and we did many of the same kinds of activities! Dog sledding and everything. Brought back some good memories. Thanks for sharing!

@@outwardprocessing1408 the best Seb and I have been doing for normalcy is Friday night pub night! We spend an hour or so without phones, TV or internet and take a pint of beer each into the living room and sit and chat as if we were at the pub. It's about keeping us sane...

I'm in South Australia and for our summer solstice we still had light at 9:30pm. Wasn't super bright but we didn't need outdoor lighting or torches.

Yess, our summers are like that too! They were telling us that in Kiruna, they have the midnight sun!! In my town, the sun sets about 10:30 to 11 pm-ish at the height of summer. It was such an odd thing the first summer I was here!

You guys are so cute and chill together. My husband and I like to do the same things on weekends away - eat, watch tv, explore and just relax. Was there a certain reason they do the dog sledding at night?

It's so nice to be able to have a relaxed trip like that! The dog sledding was called an Aurora musher. I guess the chances of seeing the northern lights are supposed to be better around that time. But honestly, the sun was only "up" for about an hour anyways. :) Sadly, the clouds were too intense. We didn't see any northern lights.
