Happy birthday! (It may not be apt now, but it will be eventually.) That fabric is scrumptious. I wonder if the side-seams are given a wider seam allowance than the shoulders on the expectations that side seams are more likely to be let out, either for a looser fit or to customize the dress proportions. Emmy at 5:21 makes me smile. Her bed there looks like one of those giant beanbag chairs! Smart choice using a zoom rather than actually approaching a coyote. He'd probably just run away, but why take that chance? The dress turned out so nice! And so did Emmy's matching outfit. Also I enjoy the silicone cupcake cups - you don't loose as much pastry to the wrapper or the pan with those.

I ended up here in your channel through watching all of the other travelling pattern videos. I've really got to say wow!!! That fabric with the dress silhouette is just adorable! I was really hating the fabric at the beginning but the black tape really does change the look of it. This is definitely one of the best versions from this pattern!
