As it shows in video , Minimum 2 months for ur new house and 4 months for all floors. It's not convenient to move iwhile other floors are incomplete. Ur best option is to go to optional facility provided by Ur Builder friend. All this is my personal experience. Best wishes. Happy Diwali

Use the spare house that is being offered to you. It’s ready to move in and you can stay comfortably and without stress until the construction is 100% complete. Honestly it’s your best option at this point. The flat with the mould damage needs to be cleaned thoroughly including all furnishings and fabrics. Mould spores spread everywhere and will come back if not eradicated properly. Just painting it is not enough.

Mohit Bhai, I think you should take the offer of Gulati ji the alternate furnished house,( at his expense) which is his duty since he has not completed the project on time. As shown in the vlog, your home though beautifully constructed, needs atleast two or 3. months ( Engineers POV😁) for completion in all respects. Mainly due to the important festival season, the workers would definitely take off for celebrations. It's sad that you are not having other options as your mom has to be back. The present house also needs time for Mould removal, please think twice as there is a great risk for the Baby and Sandra . Hope by God's grace alls well that end's well. US does not stamp passports anymore. Check I-94. And Canada visa extension process is very simple. It is taking 6-7 months for visa extension these days and she can stay until she gets a decision under implied status

I don't think u should worry too much on Aunty's US entry stamp,at the land border they must have scanned all the passports ...they have to have a record of who is entering n exiting...we are used to stamps on passports but now they scan, otherwise then people will enter n never leave the US...they've got u on their system. They have all the record on I-94 and even we can access our I-94 and arrival/departure on US CBP website. They do not issue I-94 for Canadians though, unless you enter on H-1B/TN visa. With parents, Canadian officers are very strict. Ask all sorts of questions, I know it as I crossed from US to Canada couple of times with parents.

Your Canada 6 months stay does not get reset if you exit and enter from USA, I checked this with border officers, tourist visa passenger has to go back to original destination and they can come back to Canada with 6 month valid stay.
