Zippersperformance has always been ahead in the game of modifying Harley Davidson engines. The people that they work with also are top notch [ Dan Baisly} for example plus their line of red shift cams can make lots of HP&Torque.

After watching this the first words that stood out far and above the dyno results was Class. Zippers and T T. You are truly First Class . the fact that you took the time to acknowlege all of the people who made this build happen is wonderful. Support those who support you. Thank you. You have all my respect and earned my business going forward.

Mr. Tall, be sure to ask the folks at Zippers how the STOCK HD M8 (107/114/117 ) engines compares to the Indian Challenger 108/111 engines quality and report their finding on your Indian final assessment. When people pay top dollar for HD motorcycles , especially the CVO, they deserve a blueprinted quality engine like their competitors provide.

Great series on your 124 Sleeper kit install....wish I had seen it when it first aired then I could be closer to getting my 107 upgraded. Working as a parts associate at a H-D dealership, I felt a little vindication when Adam made a point to explain why they built this 124 kit based on "how and where" you ride. That is one of the first questions I ask a customer when I get asked about which Stage kit is the best for them. Unfortunately, most don't have a clue about what I mean and that is when I get to explain. I also learned why I might also be burning oil in between oil changes as well and it is a little scary to think my crankcase oil jets might not be nice and tight. I will be talking to the boys in the shop to see if they watched this series and are they ready to do this build.

Never understood running a new pistons/cylinders without at least a 50 miles break in. So let me Crack the throttle and wonder why later it smokes. Just my opinion. On my rebuild, I take it easy for the first 1000. 2003 softail bored to 98 etc etc etc. Bought it in 2005 with 3000 miles on it. Great video and nice part matching. Made a fun riding bike

Did you upgrade the oil you use? A full syn oil is a blend of conventional oil with syn additives. A 100 % syn oil is what it says it is. Amsoil is one such oil. Your worn valve guides and piston deposits indicate an oil type issue. 100% Gear oil in the trans works better also and it will drop right into neutral every time.
