Point No. II- criteria for brothers and sisters is being minor. If they have attained of age of 18 years, they will not be considered as dependent on Government Servant irrespective of marital status. Point No. IV - For spouse, there is no dependency criteria. Spouse is always the part of family whether dependent or not.
