hi sir, An officer who has drawn traveling allowance, submits his final bill in the office after his journey. But the advance amount is more than the final bill amount. Please, in this regard, the extra amount can be adjusted in some other bill or recovery will have to be done (please tell the rules along with it). its very urgent

मेरे द्वारा टिए बिल भरने के संबंध में एक गलती हो गई थी अधीक्षक‌‌‌ डाकघर महोदय द्वारा टिए बिल भरने में गलती पाये जाने पर निरीक्षक डाकघर महोदय के माध्यम से टिए बिल के संबंध में मेरे बयान लिए गए थे व मेरे द्वारा अपनी गलती को स्वीकार कर लिया गया था लेकिन दोबारा फिर से बयान की मांग की जा रही है एक गलती के संबंध में कितनी बार बयान लिए जा सकते हैं अगर एक ही गलती के संबंध में बारंबार बयान लिए जा सकते हैं के संबंध में मार्ग दर्शन दे व अगर प्रावधान हैं तो कृपया बताएं

I am trains JE in eastern railway ELS/TRS/Howrah..I was in training MD /STC /Kpa.during 52week training I got TA FOR 180days during that period I not got transportation allowance.for 10 month.po explain it is right or not

Eligible for travelling allowance but not eligible for transport allowance bc it is a temporary transfer.
