Yes Rail madad is very good initiative taken by Railway. Any issue gets resolved within 10 mins. In my Coach AC was not working that good so I complained through it nd they have called me and then supervisor visited and resolved it. Good work by Indian Railway

Rail madad its really good platform. Me and my brother were traveling in shatabdi express and seats were recliner, there were 2 buttons, 1st to recline back and 2nd to adjust calves support but my 2nd button was broken so I complained and 2 people from railways immediately came within half hour maybe, but issue wasn't solvable so they changed our seats by talking to TC so yeah it was sorted very fast 👍

Madam, 82502 NDLS - LJN IRCTC Tejas Express mein Ghaziabad depart hone ke baad pehle evening snacks serve kiya jata hai. Uske baad before Kanpur Central dinner serve kiya jata hai. Aapne evening snacks ke bare mein bataya hi nahi.

Indian railway ko saare reservation wale coaches ko automatic QR scanner wala kr dena chaiye Josie pass ticket hoga usey hi QR code milega for wo scan kr k door open kr k koi bhi station se bedh or utter sakta he or ye general wale nahi aapayenge coach me.

Rail Madad actually works and so does their helpline number lekin sometimes things don't go right 😂. Sometime back I was traveling overnight, and as soon as I settled down in my seat to sleep, I noticed a cockroach crawling on the glass, and then another one came into view. I contacted Railways and one guy came with a can of Hit and thoroughly sprayed the seat and nearby part of the coach. Cockroaches weren't seen again, but I couldn't sleep because I hate Hit's odour 😂😂
