refrigerator is the microwave here. as they say. minus ten degree centigrade is summer! the area, the yakutsk oymyakon road is in the sakha oblast of siberian russia. yakutsk is the coldest provincial capital city of the world. not to be confused with warmer sakhalin oblast of far east russia that is kamchatka peninsula, vladivostok city the capital and trans siberian railway terminus.
