Navankur, correction - this is not a semi-high speed train. This IS a high speed train. Any train that travels at a speed of more than 200km/h is a highspeed/bullet train. This is CRH2A series, whose top operating speed is 250 km/h. A semi high speed train won't cross the 200 km/h speed threshold.

reasons why it can't apply in India 1. Infrastructure (Trains are less population is extreme. there are no rooms in almost every train in India) 2. Privacy issue . if you connect everything through one identity card there are more chance of being abused though it is changing these days 3. Democracy (communist can do anything for state but in democracy you have to be socialist to be popular ) 4. More focus of politician in being themselves relevant than to bring change like( giving education, jobs , quality transport, Quality living standard altogether)

Wuhan was closed only for 4-5 months, starting from Jan 23, 2020 to April, 2020..After Xi Ji Ping visited Wuhan on 10th March 2020, announced the control on virus and gradually opened in next 40 days for all sectors..so its not like three years closing, i know because i am here in Wuhan..at least someone should do the basic work before posting these videos..
