But carry on the higher side in rubles for instance for the whole trip 83,500 RUB, I am calculating this roughly for 7 days, for instance, Accommodation 5000 RUB x 7 = 35000 RUB Meals 1500 RUB x 3 x 7 = 31500 RUB Transport 1000 RUB x 7 = 7000 RUB Sightseeing 10000 RUB Total 83500 RUB

It depends in which currency they are accepting payments. May be they have some bank accounts in the UAE. I am not sure which link you are checking but try to find out if there is an option to choose the currency. This could be normal in the case of Russia due to sanctions.

well, thats a valid question, it is all upto the embassy or the immigration to let the entry in EU countries or not. As long as you have a tourist visa to Russia that should not be a problem but on the contrary, tourists visa are also misused so this can raise doubts regarding your purpose of entry to Russia. If I have a Russia tourist visa I would still apply for a Schengen visa.
