Avoid calling your guest "Tourist" they know it...instead, address them as ladies and gentlemen...don't make your voice too "perky" high pitch, talk slow...never use a whistle which I assume that you have adults in your group and you are touring in a heritage house. whistle is used only on kids and if you are in the mountains...

Korique. Perking the voice up a few notches makes it fake and too rehearsed, especially if your guests are adults. We don't want a grade school field trip vibe. But if this is for an elementary school trip, she's doing great!
