22:54 that burning thing helps the coconut water to smell better. It is a scented wax made from whole bunch of flowers for making an unique burn scent. This is an old traditional Thai style , they love to input this smell into desserts.

You know what ? I love this video because this woman TAKE THE TIME. Everytime you watch some cooking videos, they act like they're in a hurry. You must slice quickly, you must crush quickly, you must cut quickly... And there is this video. With a cook who take the time. That's beautiful.

Woman???? Guess again
@InternetWAPx4 жыл бұрын
It's because most ppl are in a hurry. If we all lived in some traditional village where everything is a bit slower, then we also had the time to prepare everything homemade at a comfortable pace. The person in the video doesn't have to feed children in time and worry about losing a job, if they're late and taking too long taking care of a household. Or coming home late completely exhausted mentally and physically. This is the type of living conditions and environment we created in our "perfect" tech obsessed western society, it's all about money, corporate greed, using the common folk as slaves to help billionaires becoming even richer.
