About a decade ago I met a chic from Si sa ket. She had a master's degree and was working as a Marketing Manager. She was raised by her grandparents. No kids. Girl was naturally gorgeous with a body out of this world. And cooler than a summer's breeze. She had no problem coming out of pocket. We even traveled to Korea together. I messed that up. She actually gave me several warnings and opportunities to do right before she pulled the plug. Damn!!!

I traveled the world, 400 times around and I always ended up back in Thailand, 48 years now. I've seen it all. Not being able as a foreigner to buy land in Thailand is a good thing, because it keeps the land still affordable for the common Thai. Your partner here can buy it, so I see no problem. My wife got three properties.

How can you stay in Thailand for 8 months so far when we are only allow to stay for 30 days? How did you do it? How can you stay longer?

When I got here there was a Covid visa so they gave you two months at a time. Now get 30 days and another 30 day extension so each visa is 2 months then you can leave and come back and it starts over I did a visa run video not too long ago you can check out as well. There are also year visas you can get here. It's not that hard to stay for a while if you just follow the boarder rules
