If you still in Seoul...I recommend you the 낙산공원 (naksan park) for the beautiful night view of Seoul. Starting point is 동대문 subway station 9 exit ^^ Korea is a safe country even at night you know ~? ha ha~ Enjoy the night view.. enjoy Korea I hope...good luck for you~^^
