Nanay Ester is so humble,kind and friendly kahit sikat na ang tindahan nya. The Bok’s ice cream , I think has bad customer service. as my first impression.No customer appreciation and interaction.I won’t go there even if they have good ice cream.They missed an opportunity to be with Chef RV which would have been good for their business.

@ 7:55 Ang napansin ko nga na yung mga business dito sa US na ang mahal mag presyo ng dishes tapos kakaunti ang portion, Hindi lumalago. Malimit nagsasara. Sa tingin ko mas inuna nila binibilang ang future profits kaysa sa mapasaya ang mga customers. Kung affordable price, dudumugin. Kung mahal wala masyadong lilinya, mapapanis at masisira lang ingredients. Mas mabuti na mura presyo, pero pinipilahan at yung inventory nag mo-move. Pag inuna ang love, money will follow.
