Its would become ghost town of Telangana. Its cost is not affordable , only few people whose who had illegal money, can afford living there, That too its would not be their primary residence, IT market is not doing that great , its can More layoffs and high competion.

Small correction. My Home Grave Business Park is of 8 towers and 34th is the highest floor. An additional of 3 floors consists of terrace and tanks.

@@BabluBab-gt6un from Hyderabad. Have no comments on Amaravathi, there is no town there in the first place, for it to become a ghost town. It doesn't mean one has an agenda when he speaks the truth. There is a tsunami of apartments being built in Hyderabad at exorbitant prices. IT industry is changing for good, work from home will be the norm, coming into the office for work will be confined to a 2-3 times a month. People can spread out. Have a better quality of life.

Neopolis was advertised as economic and residential zone but it is 95% residential and 5% economic..!! It was hyped so much so that big builders get all the benefit..!! Before 2018, myhome has 4-5 gates communities and now 10+ are there and 10+ are under construction. They are building and dumping all their apartments using this hype and people are buying so stupidly. Where did all the demand come from all of a sudden for 1000s of apartments??? Its all because of NRIs. Literally, NRIs are ruining Hyderabad just like how they ruined Mumbai housing..!!

Trumpet exchange is a good option to get onto outer ring road. But it is much needed at Raidurgam police station.

I came to Hyd in March went through Gachibowli Financial Dt. Could see only concrete structures and high rises. All the area is covered for ramps for parking no setback area in any tower all rock cutting, how about water supply to these towers. In Vizag for 400Sq yards plot u need to leave 2m all 4 sides without concrete structure for 5 flat venture.

No area near to IT companies which has scope to develop other than neopolis & kokapet,narsingi & manchirevula. You can cbeck south, east,north totally blocked & filled . So no way for revanth reddy only one way choose west & do set again neopolis auction & get money .

​@@drsandeep47 GDP contribution wise Hyderabad and visakhapatnam both are in top. It's just visakhapatnam is not an IT city like Hyderabad. Visakhapatnam is big in itself. You don't need to compare Hyderabad to Mumbai Bangalore Hyderabad is nowhere near those cities as well

Excellent information Laxman garu. There are two major parallel roads connecting Neopolis to the outside world. One is ORR. The other is the road from Kokapet to Mokila. I notice the Kokapet to Mokila road is very narrow, 2 lane road. I can imagine the traffic situation 5/10 years down the line. In 10 years Neopolis is going to support more than 5 lakh IT jobs. How can a 2 lane road support such a massive traffic? Are there any plans to widen this road? Can you make a video on this subject.

You talk like it's sour grapes. There is lot of cash flow in India which will chase fancy property. Most of the investors are north Indians with deep pockets.

Are you mad sir? Do you think Hyd is a normal city for government to think about public infrastructure like parks and schools? Its the top city in the universe with goal of making land 1lakh crores per acre with skyscrapers covering every inch. Hurry up and buy an apartment in Neopolis, it will become costlier than Manhattan in 4-5yrs.

So basically Neopolis is just one overhyped residential project. For some reason builders just bid like crazy as if there is gold to be dug up and are now building these sky scraper residentials to recover the cost, while whole of tellapur and kollur lie mostly empty just beside the area.
