Salam Sadia, I.a I hope you get better soon. Try using a saline nasal spray to clear your nose you might be bunged up. This similarly happened to me and the doctor suggested a nasal spray which alhumdullilah work after a few days

Last month too I had similar issue. I had fever than my ear started paining. Voice was not audible but this was on only one year. Even my ear drum was ruptured . Now I can hear properly but the buzz sound is still there 😢
