HRTC VOLVO service is one of the best services. These private bus operators don't stop if a person needs to go to the washroom. They just stop at a fixed place. I have travelled once in the same Laxmi Holidays and I saw a passenger requesting to stop for the washroom and the driver refused. Always Travel with HRTC Volvo Bus service. They have got well behaved staff.

No,they can't stop because its a one way lane. If they will stop, there will be a lot of traffic pile up. I know this because I once asked the driver to stop for vomiting but he said that he can't due to the above said reason.

I travelled in Katra to Delhi bus on 25th June, 2023. it was a volvo 9600 bus. the bus was fantastic but the driver and conductor was pathetic. they had allowed 6 local passengers without ticket from Katra to Jammu on 2 vacant seats. You may check on camera also. When asked about there details, the Sardar Ji driver very rudely said "aapko kya problem hain ? aap apni seat pe shaanti se baitho " Since it was a sensitive area of J&K, we could not protest further.

Bhai boht mushkil hoti hai buses mein jaane mein. Ya to inbuilt toilet ho ya apni gaadi mein travel karna best hai ya taxi karke jao to at least driver aapke kehne se to rokega vrna boht mushkil hota hai. Khana khane ke baad to kai logon ko jaana padta hai, kisika pet bhi kharab ho sakta hai.......

The sad and most unexpected was the driver and helper of the bus who both sure are doing 15 odd hours work which isn't good. Laxmi travels needs to respect people's safety and the drivers responsibility .get ur tired staff a decent room n food ...that's utter shameful...
