Hey Monster, this is Jan from Germany. We had a discussion about the strength of your biceps after surgery. I said that I would be really interested how you can compete on a high Level again with that kind of accident. Cause as I have only 80% strength in my right arm after my tendon rupture some years ago. But your combinated surgery is really working great and it is awesome how you came back to top Level. Good luck and keep going however you will win! Focus on old style ;-)

@@MonsterMichaelTodd I get that you are ranked top five now at 115 kg but I dont see dadikyan in top 10. Why not prudnyk or matyushenko #1 and #2 now that title is vacant. Anyhow i get that dadikyan is probably top 10 at 115kg. but i wanted to see that prudnyk match. Maybe your first title defense 👍

Prudnik was removed due to inactivity in the class & choose to go down to 105kg. Matyushenko is dealing with a shoulder injury. Rino isn’t competing until after WAF. I’m the highest ranking active 115 who isn’t coming off a loss so, if Dadikyan defends his 105 title in 3 weeks, then he gets the shot at the 115 title

Hopefully you can maintain enough strength while cutting down to 105kg, Because Dadikyan seemed to remain very strong against Hutchings at that weight.

@@MonsterMichaelTodd That’s definitely a lot better, I personally think that Devon is going to be too skinny and weak at 105kg & 95kg as well, He’s too tall to maintain enough power at those weight caps IMO. I’ll be rooting for you to beat Dadikyan.

You could try a water cut and see what you can get down to, and just stay huge! lol. Yea that pronation lift is probably one of, if not the best exercises for low hand top roll. At least thats my understanding.
