Travis needs lesser pullers first, to build up. If he goes for the top too quickly he will lose and losing at this stage could potentially demotivate him and ultimately quit and we dont want that.

You can hit angles and pressures in practice that are hard to replicate in the gym 💪 you get better at all other sports by practicing everyday. Weights are important but supplemental. The practice field is where the real work gets done
