Black Guyanese please don't take advice from anyone to leave the police force. I can't see the logic in such advice. Have the people giving such advice taught out the implications of such actions. I don't have to spell it out for anyone but for the black Guyanese men and women who are in the police force and for those who are thinking of joining the police force please make your own decision about the career you want for yourself.
