Not perfect, but good enough for those wanting to know where the basic notes are.

Really appreciate you dumbing this down for me. I can see more of the bass less of the player. Thanks again!

I appreciate the comment Junior. My goal is to encourage and inspire bass players who are learning to continue and not get discouraged. Keep pressing my brother. Blessings!!!

Thank you. It's been a while since this recording. I would do a much better job if I did it again. I hope you were able to learn something from my video. Blessings right back at ya !!!

Pretty slick. Do you always play with just your right index finger? I’m liking that thumb rest, and I never thought to put the pick up guard over the bridge pick up.

Thank you. Any time I play with my index finger, it's for tutorial purposes only; just to show where the basic notes are. I find people can learn a specific song quicker if you show them where the notes are on the fret board. It's not the best way for bass players to learn, but some find it helpful. For the way that pickup is designed, I needed that thumb rest to be right where you see it. What I'm using as a thumb rest was originally placed opposite to where you see it in the video and it served no purpose in that location.
