I respect Travis Hunter Sr he knew what it meant for Travis Shedeur and Coach Prime to be at the Heisman Ceremony together but know one is mentioning that. I watched an interview Travis Senior did with Madd Dogg Chico where he stated that he knew Travis was Coach Prime Son and Shilo Shedeur & Deion Jr were his Brothers and that he was following them going to Jackson State University

Old School adults realize and recognize that, 'It Takes A Village' to raise kids, and that trust our parents had in other adults to 'look out for' and guide us when we not around our own parents or away from them. Travis's parents and parents of all the players on the team under Coach Prime trust in him to 'look out for' their children as well and bring them up the right way in their absence.

Since he just got out, Travis dad is most likely on probation or house arrest until he completes his deal. But I'm glad that at the end of the day he there in his kid life unlike other fathers out there.

Why do you think that his dad is a criminal? Could be that he was ill, parent vs parent issues or something else. I AGREE with you, Travis understands and has felt his presence throughout his life. Let’s keep this conversation focused on Travis.

True definition of playing your part and trusting the process. His dad realize the play is Travis is looked at as Coach Prime’s son along with Shadeur, Shilo and Bucky. So pops just fall back and let the play run it’s coarse. Pops moving real calculated so his son can shine.

Bravo to Travis Hunter, Jr.! Well deserved. He took the time to honor his father and his mother and his grandmother. He is such a sweet and humble young man. Dad's may not be there, like my oldest son's father. But when he was my son light up, pushed harder, strived farther. It made him a great man to know the love of both parents; no matter what the shortcomings or situations may have been. Mothers please don't hinder a father of his role. Mothers can wear many hats but we can't wear a father's hat. God bless Travis Hunter and his family.!

I don’t care what his dad says.. your son needs his real father and the choice his dad made was selfish. This is why Coach primes steps in and tries to fill the emptiness in some of these young men lives as a bonus father figure.

Both Mother and Father, forgot when speaking in regards to honoring their son, its NOT about you. Both gave information inappropriate for this occasion. Let Travis leave the toxicity behind and go into the NFL. Travis needs to button some lips from Fiancee, Mother and Father....before the NFL, where it can cost him in endorsements.

As I said, it's his business but being there for your kids in life is important so we can't ignore that. What I see is a Pop with struggles that doesn't quite get that but that's my opinion based on what I have seen demonstrated over the 3 years.
