37:38 I can't believe he states they track, as a key metric, how many non-white men they have in leadership roles. His language is specifically exclusionary rather than inclusionary (i.e., "how many women and people-of-color") which is a bit ironic since he focuses so much on having empathy for others as a part of team-building. If my race and gender were specifically pointed out as something my leadership does *not* want, I would not want to work under this team.
