When ur that good doesn't really matter the description of her voice is... She is w out the doubt...in my lifetime the greatest singer to match vocal skills ,w emotion and ...musical intellect... Can't ever get tired of her work...the hi...is higher! But ... technically...I'm guessing she is a coloratura...she can hit soprano notes easily and sing low alto notes w equal facilty... What an artist!

I think she s really what they call a coloratura...an alto w very good range and mixed tones. Ive worked w girls who were NOT sopranos who were voice majors that could hit A's and Bb's...On good days now do to moving to a small mountain and clean air...I can hit A's Bb's and Dbl C's ...not falsetto...but it s more head and mixed tones... Thing is Kim is the ultimate emotions singer(matched by deep skills and musical intellect)...She starts a song sometimes at a very dynamic level and u wonder where can she possibly go from here...and then she shows u and u are in aural heaven...what a force!
