Travis Scott x Nike Air Max 1 Cactus Jack "Saturn Gold": Review & On-Feet

Following the tragic events of last year's Astroworld Festival, Nike postponed the latest capsule collection with Travis Scott until last week when they dropped two colourways of the Air Max 1 and Air Trainer 1 together. Today I'm reviewing the "Saturn Gold" pair which is the more muted of the two, featuring a pale yellow tone throughout. Check out my vid and let me know your thoughts below!

I copped these yesterday. They were under 400 on stock x.. I never seen travis scott sneakers at such a low number. Hopefully they go back up in value. But I ain't mad at spending that compared to a 1000 plus

These are reallý good, but I think materials (leather that looks similar to suede) might be a little fragile for rainy weathers. What are your thoughts on these Sean?

I know this will be an unpopular opinion but I like both of these air max 1s better than the reverse mocha lows coming out . They are just more interesting to me than the 3rd reverse swoosh aj1 low OG In a different color .

Thanks for video, nice to see these shoes on foot. they look fine (however i prefer the 3rd colorway which is not only friends and family). But does all of it matter ?: i am not ready to pay triple the retail price on the resell market ... I just bought the AM1 tree line at retail and i am quite happy about them

Just got mine and while legit checking it, I noticed you have a super clean pair. I got pen/silver paint dot on my midsole with glue stains and stitching not completely finished 😢

Good review. To me Travis been dropping duds lately. I would of preferred an exact mocha air max 1 colorway like Travis did with the Jordan 1s, instead of these Saturn golds which aren't my cup of tea, but the materials seem ok,I like the swoosh,laces and the covered air max bubble is ok.

The saturn gold caught my attention more compared to the brown. The different shades of yellow was so well matched against each other. Probably many preferred the brown because yellow wasn't a major popular choice of colour in sneakers. Anyway I got both of em.

In evaluating a shoe I think you really have to step back from it being a collab. If you ignore collab you see a piss yellow AM1 that would go to clearance. But if you’re a hypebeast it’s hard to step back. You really in it.
