@@NOLINK74 lemme see one of your tracks that sounds like this with stock sounds and I believe you, but I think my mans YZ has a special recipe for this kick, and it‘s definitley not just a stock sound. My Guess is that he is using some sort of rack kick, boosting that, gives it an eq, a softclipper and a peack controller which is linked lnto the 808 track. But still this mans Kick sounds so much richer and more bound into the mix then basically every other producer I’ve heard. Thats why I think he engineered a certain kick over time and is using it with basically every beat but in different versions, basically just adjusts the sound to the overall aesthetic of the beat. If you actually understand something about sound design and shit, please let me know because I would love to Mix like that NERD.
