You interview the best this world has to give in this sport acknowledging everyone’s glory days like a damn encyclopedia. @@neilpickup-supernaturalstr3157 I've been able to take that interest I had back when armwrestling was at it's first peak when my brother used to hang out and show me stuff, but a lot happened since those times. My mom died, and most recently my fiance died. Just a lot of things, but a straight path to what I want... and after losing the 2 people that meant everything to me I'm about ready to start my focus over. I have no goal... just to do what I feel is right. I'm old for any sport now at 35, but in 10 years, who knows. I'm just a focused person who is very much about learning and the behavior of people, and it fits very well with this. I've always been about single competition, and I don't know why for sure, but I know damn well I do it for me. I need to prove things to me, and nobody else. I just hope you can get Devon of MMT on for a weekly thing, because what you're doing now is pure gold and can only last a bit, mate. You need one of these head figures to stay on board, and I believe you're the man to do it. The brains, the brawn... Keep up everything, you've repeaked my interest and I'm on board for the long haul. Just need to get my 70s-80s wrastlin' in me so I can cut a decent promo. Nothing but respect, and I will continue to come back and learn. You're a true hero and that goes for everybody who is at the top whos goal is to continue to grow the sport. There's a reason why Devon is the man right now, and it's not purely based on his skill... most everybody will agree that he can't do what he used to, but he's adapted and will literally do anything to get the sport where he thinks it should be. MMT is catching wind, as are all of the 'newer' breed. If this sport is where it should have been, Travis would haven been on top this whole time imo... it just takes one super rich dude to get on board. Sorry, but I do care about this stuff. It helps me keep grounded and is my way of staying in shape. Cheers and God speed, Neil, I'll do my part.

What happen to Travis lip man?
@jamessheldon94724 жыл бұрын
Jonathan I was thinking the same thing - any one know the back story on why his lip is so badly messed up? Outside of his physical appearance being “off” he is unquestionably the most interesting arm wrestler when it comes to telling stories - plus he’s one of the best ever - as much as I appreciate Devon, especially as a fellow Canadian, he can’t top the entertainment value that Travis brings every time he opens his mouth. Can’t wait for part 3.

It is called a cleft palate. It is a birth defect. The scar is from corrective surgery to repair it.
@theseattlegreen18713 жыл бұрын
Cleft lip and cleft palate are thought to be caused by a combination of genes and other factors, such as things the mother comes in contact with in her environment, or what the mother eats or drinks, or certain medications she uses during pregnancy.
