At the beginning of this vlog, he looks like a lovely teenager then when he starts to work, he looks like a teenager trying to grow up :))) Just kidding! He is young and charismatic with a soft and appealing voice which is irresistible. He also uses many different vocab and I really learn a lot today!!! Great job for him and the team!
