You truly give back to the art and science of guitar playing. You aren't looking to showcase, but to simply empower individuals to take what you have learned and run with the torch. Music- especially gospel music- will be better because of what you are doing.

Are you picking every note at blazing speed, or do you use legato technique? Not totally sure what to do with my pick hand. Would love more tutorials like this- lots of praise break tutorials for bass, but not many for the rest of us
@TravisCalvin9 жыл бұрын
+Tim Hannemann Sometimes I will pick all the notes depending on my dexterity that day, but the majority of the time I'm using the legato technique. Lots of hammer-ons and offs.

@austinhall23625 жыл бұрын
On KZbin in the right top corner there are 3 dots. Click on them, then a menu will drop down that says Playback speed. Click that and click x5. That will slow it down, but keep it in key so can see and hear what he's doing. Be blessed.

this is great but you name a lot of the chords wrong... im not gonna call you out on em individually or anything, its not a big deal cuz this is pretty visual. But a lot of people who watch tutorials dont know chord names and itd be shitty if they learned them incorrectly and had to retrain themselves after getting this knowledge. good video tho man.

Lorenzo Rizzardi. Boy stop hating
@b.e.r.nnetwork82517 жыл бұрын
Christian Reed idt he's hating. The names of actual chords are important, not everyone learns a chord by looking at someones fingers but if you say dominant 6 some people look up the different ways to play a dominant 6 which I can't find anywhere I'm actually seeing a major 6th chord or just a 6th chord.
@TravisCalvin6 жыл бұрын
Sorry for the confusion. It's a dominant 7 chord starting on the 6th degree of the scale and walking up.
@ezelgrier59716 жыл бұрын
Lorenzo Rizzardi just encourage him and stop trying to be so perfect..
