If the music is designed to suggest something far more fantastic and magnificent than it actually is, then bravo. My compliments to the chef. However, I can't decide if community development companies are making a play for the custom home market, or if inflation has just brought the price of community developments up to the level of custom homes. I'd be real curious to learn whether the quality of construction has ascended to these higher levels, as well.
