In this video, I show you guys how I battle for position and what I look for when I want to make a really strong attack! Judo is a very dynamic sport so you have to be able to read every situation and make the best judgment possible. I hope this video helps you.

Just started Judo after years of Greco. I am so glad I found this because if anyone is like me it will help bridge that gap of awkwardness, This channel is the best

Your ability to communicate is incredible. Most judo coaches can't explain and break down concepts to save their lives.

the depth of these concepts is such that every time one watches this, it increases understanding further. For real. edit: after this, I was watching a SHohei Ono highlight video and noticed he does this 3 pillar approach all the time. Thank you

I see all the lessons are the same in my dojo too. Now the question is: "how enter for a throw when opponent resist and try to block us?" Make all this when uke doesn't react is more easy. Please help me to understand how enter when uke is more strong and put many power and doesn't let me do anything. Thank a lot in advance.
