I love the elevator scene between Bailey an Derek. It is a throwback to season 2 were Bailey pulled the stop so Derek could lose his shit for a moment. They even used the same background music.

This episode always gets me at the end! Grief is a bitch to deal with and this show was so good at portraying it. Cristina's reaction is what gets me the most because that's how it is. You'll just be living your life and it hits you so suddenly and out of nowhere. Great reaction! Can't wait to see the merger!!!

As good as a drama Grey's Anatomy is, they do paint a very off picture about how surgeons do everything, which is not remotely true. Most of the mundane things they show the characters doing like IVs, CAT scans, and other ER patient care would be done by nurses and attending physicians, not surgeons. Also, Webber is the Chief of Surgeons, not the Chief of Staff so he would never be in the unilateral position of making decisions for the hospital.

She definitely could have gotten a better job someplace else that wouldn't have been at risk like her job is immediately now. Are her parents waiting for her to be near them or something

a stressful episode. Without George the show become more serious. a lot more intense drama and trauma (in Alex and Owen cases)... the glu (George) is missing for me and show is more an effort to see... the episodes before got ups and lows in the episode, comedy with George and Izzie... it's lost... :/ welcome to the downfall of Grey's Anatomy
