I was going to order an anchor charm from tracks. The charm that his staff shown me look like something that came out of the JC Penney's magazine back in 1977. I wasn't too pleased with that at all. Definitely not what I wanted nor what I was expecting. I told him what I wanted. I asked him, did he have it? Then he tried to convince me to buy it online.Which I felt was very, very scamming with the fact that it wasn't what I wanted.Yes , it was 14 kt, but it was definitely not the size , nor the design that I was looking for.

I'm sorry that happened ,as some people don't understand that especially with a gold custom everything should be almost perfect, if not ,perfect💯 and also be given what was promised is another big thing that is played with , jacojes diamind bezzles was ur best option bro his are absolutely beautiful and lifetime peaces 💯 or get it customly done feom hrc as I had a custom bezzle made for me that was 9/10 👌🏼🙏🏼 stay blessed bro

Yeah, sadly Trax is garbage and usually low quality product with an insane premium. Jacoje isn't as expensive but you get what you pay for they are at least quality.

thats messed up that the diamonds were not up to clarity standard especially with the pizza video he released with lab diamonds being 150 a carat 7 grams of 22k gold as of right now is 499.14 and lets say 100 dollars worth of diamonds so you paid 1400.86 for labor and business expenses which makes sense because im not a jeweler but to cast the gold into a piece, polish it and set diamonds in it it probably took like 3 hours so thats 100- a hour for one worker each stage you might as well say takes a hour on a small piece id like to think at the least so by the time you factor in they have to pay for a place to manufacture this out of you got basically as cheap as it could be - short version no they didnt come through on the diamondss like theyre supposed to but the price of it is so cheap it kind of got me thinking about getting a pendant

A learning lesson? This isn't what you ordered at all. I am sure Maks will fix it and Nate will get screamed at. If Nate is honest, your specs are written down. If for some reason that doesn't work, you can have it polished. It does look nice. What mm is your rope chain? I have a 3mm diamond cut silver one, and want to put my 1922 liberty peace high relief dollar in a bezel and never thought of stones until seeing this. My gold ropes are much thicker for a coin pendant. (7mm and 10mm). Great video but sad to see such horrible quality. I would send this video to Maks on IG or get ahold of Mickey.

Yeah, I have nothing against Maks as I didn't do business with him. I never thought to try to get it fixed as I assumed it wouldn't go well. Also, like I said in the video, without an invoice or an order summary I really don't have any proof on my end. The chain is a 4mm rope, but really it measures around 3.5mm. They take a 4mm rope and do the diamond cuts, the measurement is from before. I don't really agree with that but it is what it is. I would highly recommend getting a nice piece all day long. You'll get criticism from people but they don't know anything. These pieces hold their value. People will spend $80,000 on a vehicle, lose 80% of it's value during the lifetime of the loan and not bat an eye. But spending $5k on a nice setup that holds it's value is absurd. @@Silvertarian You can definitely get it fixed, as well as repolished, however you will lose a little bit of gram weight on the bezzle in the form of gold dust that the jewelers keep 9/10. Without looking up close it's not very noticeable, and if you're fine with it, it does have the appearance of a passed down "vintage" piece, and as a musician, people spend 1000s extra to Fender to have a "road worn" guitar or bass which is just a new guitar that Fender puts dents and scratches in. Regardless, it's still a beautiful piece.

Sad, Trax is garbage. Jacoje has quality pieces and they have diamond gold eagle pendants tho not in 22kt. You could request in 22kt but that's why it's going to be beat up even if it wasn't now after awhile it would have been. 22kt is too soft, 18kt would have been great. Also if you got it from Jacoje it would have been much higher quality at a much more fair price. Pricy lesson but at least you know and thanks for making the video so others know. With all the stuff that Max makes videos on craping on other jewelers for doing just this.. Smh.
