Trax is high quality. But man does this dude over exaggerate how hard it is to design a simple pendant that looks like a double sided bullion bar. Acting like he’s carving this by hand. 10 year olds can do this with CAD. Also why would anyone pay 7k for a little over one ounce (pendant only) when you can buy a 24k pamp for 2.5k and have a custom bezel done with VS stones out the door for another 1k in 18k and still get a 24k chain for another 2-3K now that’s worth 7k. Try to sell this pendant they made and you’re only getting 1715.00 back if they pay 100% of spot. Before anyone tells me I’m tripping and what about labor I make jewelry myself. Try to sell that 24k setup I brought up and you’ll get easily 5-5.5kk back after spending 7k

Rhodium is harder and more scratch resistant then other options for white gold so it is used to finish the piece. I was in the jewelry industry for 28 years. I assure you the issue wasn’t finding a setter. Most likely the problem was getting the 39+ trillion (triangle) cut diamonds that were of the exact same measurements and quality. Whether these are natural mined diamonds, or lab grown diamonds-they would almost certainly have to custom cut that many of them to be a perfect match. In lab grown-you’d be talking about cutting them in India where most of them are produced-and in natural-most likely Antwerp. That’s most likely the cause of the delay.
