How do you like the grease in there? Didit quiet any chatter on the gears? Rais temps? Or cause drag?

good video just about to start my rebuild... bought a hurting unit.. just wanted to say i think the reason the output is designed to be plastic isnt just because they want you to buy part.. but also engineerd as a weak point to provide a breaking point to avoid extensive and expensive damages. imo and to add to the discussion below.. i run grease in all 7 of my trucks.. transmissions, diffs bearings axle housings no problems what so ever short of hard impacts...its not if theres grease or lube.. its how much... a dab will do you

What do you recommend to lube the transmission? Differential oil? Multi grease?

@@magnusjohansson295 i use marine grease my local hobby shop has it. horizion hobby has it aswell its called Dynamite Marine Grease. dont need very much of it as it is thick stuff

you should look into the center diff upgrade if you still have this

We don't use grease cause nylon is self Lubin

too much grease, it will cause mechanical resistance when spinning

Szymon Nowotniak why is that? Just curious. I rebuilt mine just now. I didnt put greese in .... Juat cleaned everything up amd New bearings.

Dumb to put grease in the gearbox!! its selflubricating. That why you shatter your gears! read the manual !!! wrong howto you got man!

All i use is grease in my transmission and diff.. its way better on the gear.. and in the diff it better because it help to keep equal power to the wheels..
