2wd rustler bloody fast but how is to Handle ? Not a Had a RWD rc since having a Shumacher cougar but that was brushed..and then i had a Nitro 10,basically nitro cougar with truggy wheels and body .they werent the easiest to drive .

It’s tricky to get the power down , ya have to give het some gentle fingering 😁but once ya get ya eye in, it handles like Maradona ⚽️ I used to race a Cougar back in the day, Cougar in the 2wd’s and a Kyosho Lazer ZX in the 4wd’s 👍 Cheers Mark mate 😎🏁

Nice Rustler & bash mate, what do you think of your Rustler now its brushless. How would you compare the Rustler brushless against the Jumpshot ST Flux. Funny thing is I have been looking at the Rustler for about a week or so myself, couldnt make my mind up between the Rustler VXL 2wd or getting the brushed version & doing the brushless conversion like you have done.

The JS is better handling but Rusty seems more durable. So far I’m enjoying it a lot . I got mine for £199 with a damaged box, I sold of the brushed esc,motor ,battery, charger and radio for just over £90 . It cost me £80 for a HW combo and £10 for an RX to run it on my radio . That’s a cheap brushless Rustler and that’s how I would do it again 👍 but saying that the VXL version does have the Magnum transmission, full bearings, turnbuckles and tsm ( if ya like that sort of thing) but is expensive for what it is imo.
