Speed runs on a Traxxas rustler vxl 2wd with Atomik aluminum front upgrade. Lipo lock front bumper going over 70mph velineon verified. How fast is the velineon 3500 motor?

The rear tires are on backwards (rotating the wrong way). You would want the groves facing the same way the front tires are. Swap the rear right and left around and you’ll be good.

I just finally bought a Rustler....its crazy hard to control on 2s but fun at the same time....I don't think I'm ever gonna get use to it.

Have you tried adjusting it for a little extra toe in for speed runs? It will reduce the twitchyness. Racing on a dirt track, you will notice that the back end will step out more if you dial in some toe out. Too much is a bad thing though.

Where do you find Atomics parts? I found front and rear shocks online, that's about it. They are identical to hot racing but Atomics came out first.

Lol. Yea you do! Lipo lock front bumper, cost about $50 on ebay. You will not regret it. Does not wheelie. No wheelie bar needed. Just watch your tires and have fun!

Is that on 2s or 3s....nice car too man. I see you have 2.45 gears down lower in answer to someone so im figuring your running 3s. Theres a club going 70 plus on 2s...not to take away from your accomplishment. Im shooting for 71 or 72 mph on 2s with the stock motor.

Yea it's 3s...This is stock velineon motor and esc. I've tried to get it past 45-50 on 2s and I just can't. I've heard about but never seen it.

No additional attachment....just screw into existing spots for front and rear.
