Hi, Good choise!!...I have the same Combo but I don't use the additional Traxxas BEC necessary fot the brushless SERVO High-torque400 with the original Traxxas ESC, because the Hobbywing AX-R2 has alreay an internal BEC that support until 13A

Hab auch die Hobbywing Kombi kann ich dann mein power hd auf 7 Volt laufen lassen ? Oder brennt mir dann alles durch ?

Das kommt auf den Empfänger und auch Diff Servos drauf an. Die Traxxas Komponenten können nicht mehr als 6V ab. Was du aber auch machen kannst ist dir ein separates UBEC zukaufen. Den + des Power HD Servo vom Stecker lösen und mit dem + des Ausgang vom UBEC verbinden. Den - Anschluss vom UBEC brauchst du nicht den bekommt das Servo weiter vom Empfänger. So habe ich das bei meinem Traxxas UDR gemacht klappt hervorragend. 6V Spannung am Traxxas Empfänger und seperate 8,4V am Servo.

@@Asphaltdrifter Okey danke dir dann schaue ich mal man kann das Servo auch direkt an den Akku löten wäre auch eine Option .

Yes.. other feature as differential locks, 2 speeds high/low transmission are remain the same and working just fine. The only problem is, after changing new esc, no more extra power supply (jst plug) to be used for original light module. So, you need to make new power supply conmection and plug. At 4:00, he is showing you his method of adding power supply connection.
