Tray Deee spoke to VladTV about the formation of the Crips in Long Beach and how the Insane Crips were the ones to put the Crip name in his area. He explained that there was more camaraderie back then, adding that there wasn't ever a plan to ride around and kill people.

I also have to add, being mistaken isn't a lie. I was very young and the few Crips I knew as a kid were good dudes. No matter the opinions of anyone else. On was a guy named Eddie Clay and the Gaither brothers. People were wary (early to mid 80s) of them but they never gave me a side eye or bother. I wasn't aware of Cornbread dying. I moved away from the 90806 when I was 18. RIP Cornbread and I gave up smoking when I was 30. If I didn't I would smoke one for you.
