I've had a trayvax since 2015. Never once was it cold coming out of my pocket. Great review, but you sound silly with the cold comment. My wife even laughed at that part.

Thank you for your vid brother, my personal opinion about this wallet: Overpriced big time… You have to remember that the leather parts of this wallet sells for $15 from them and that means other $100 is the price of that little frame, snap and few screws. Like I said, overpriced. These days most of the companies with crapy products use the magic stamp "Made in USA" I’m talking about The Ridge wallet seller who was claimed that their wallets made in the USA but the forgot about the internet and the fact that people can check import declarations at US customs website. About your statement regarding wintertime use of this wallet, you were right, you don't wanna keep a piece of metal near your private zone. 😊

Dude I've used this wallet year in year out for 3 years in all seasons and I've never gotten frostbite ❄ removing cards or money that'd been in your pocket lol hahaha that part was very funny for a great review

I found myself carrying it in my front pocket then I switched to the back pocket. I like both ways of carrying this wallet, I usually put it in the pocket with the least amount of edc gear in it.

They are the same screws as the Bencmade 940 pocket clip screws. T-6

Have you found that the leather holds pretty well against the constant pulling? Also, the leather is clamped down by those narrow pressure ridges all the time. Have you found that it holds up well? I actually just bought one. Had it for about a month and really like the way it looks and operates

I haven’t had any issues with the leather stretching or breaking. Love this wallet.

@@GearNut Yeah it would seem to me it works similar to that of a belt buckle latch making contact with a hole of a leather. Except i think this would be alot less resistant to wear because you have a metal grommet inside of the hole and the pressure on the other side is distributed across the length of the lip. So the load would be distributed out enough to where therre wouldn't be an issue. Apologize but i am an engineer who's been doing stress analysis for 13 years. So i think about things like this alot outside of work. LoL They do have a 65 year warranty for a reason

I have been using my contour onyx for 4 years now and the only issue is that the bolts are starting to rust so I am trying to find out what the size is because I was going to replace them with stainless steel
