Weaving Spiders I can understand; while you do sort of technically lose a little bit of time but kind of not (70 charges distributed but only 50 count, so max net loss of 10 seconds) but you also lock in that progress while simultaneously weaking percent based regression effects. It makes sense to accelerate the Survivors' objectives while also accelerating the Killer's goal. Is it worth it? Probably not, but just buffing the charges to like 12-15 would make it more worthwhile. Treacherous Crows? Absolutely no need to inflict Broken. Each invocation, especially since you have to Invoke each one separately, should have its own downside. Treacherous Crows should do something like when the Invoker scares a crow within the TR, their aura gets revealed to the Killer.

Was thinking it could have a different permanent side effect. Like what if it made you Exhausted the rest of the trial, or 1% hindered. Or even more fittingly, suffer from Blindness the rest of the match. So you give aura reading to your teammates by sacrificing it on yourself. Just something other than being Broken again 😵

Treacherous Crows should also make you unable to scare crows after the invocation for everyone, and also make crows spawn faster or something to actually make the perk useful anywhere but at the corners of the map.

I think survivors not being able to scare crows after the invocation is done is enough to make the perk decent. That being said, it would also absolutely invalidate all killer crow perks, which while they aren't necessarily the strongest, still exist.

or, better idea, make invocations not perma broken. it should last either 2-3 minutes or until you get hooked. NO BONUS from an invocation will EVER be worth permanent broken, plus an entire gens worth of time wasted... The ONLY possible thing they could ever even justify is like 10% fkin haste, and that would be so incredibly unhealthy i hope they never do that. They just need to stop fucking putting perma broken on any perk. rework No Mither too. Literally NO POSSIBLE BENEFIT besides insane speed boost or like permanent endurance, would be worth it. OOh, fun idea, make No Mither give you permanent endurance every time you lose a health state. So you still take two hits every time after the first down, but you dont leave blood pools and then the perk would actually not just be a meme. Also make No Mither fucking completely reduce injure sounds since goddamn iron will got buffed so No Mither is actually objectively not doing anything that other perks dont just do better.

No mither existed purely bc dead hard existed, but with the changes to dh it severely nerfed no mither too. I think no mither should start the trial injured but no broken. You’re allowed to pick yourself up 100% of the time, but every time you do you’re broken for 2-3 minutes. During those minutes, you leave no pools of blood or make any grunts of pain. No mither is just so useless as a perk and bringing it does nothing but hurt you and your team. It’s not even a good anti slug perk bc the killer KNOWS you have it

Kind of acting like "anti-boon" perks, where they could be placed on any totem [dull, hex, boon] and have a small effect that would be altered if placed on a hex or boon respectively.

Might actually make devour balanced. Contrarily, balances ruin, so you can reapply ruin to another totem and redo penti on the newly broken totem. Actual good change.

I've been using both invocations along with double boons (illumination and shadow step). I spend a bit of time in the basement, my whole team know where i am if they want to join to meet up after, the killer almost never checks basement unless they are carrying a survivor, and theres often a totem near killer shack so i can get that off about the same time
