A nice Walk. Treadwell Mine Historic Trail. Juneau (Douglas) Alaska (Sandy Beach).
This easy trail loop is about two miles total. Starts at Sandy Beach, Douglas, Alaska. Not far, about 3-4 miles, from the Cruise Ship Docks on Douglas Island, right across from Juneau Harbor. To get there, take a cab, the bus, ride a bike, or, if plenty of time, a long walk. Travel past historic grave sites, historic downtown Dougls, Alaska.
