Nuanced, subtle, and understated acting is so underrated nowadays. Charlie is so good at that. Netflix makes boneheaded decisions just like when they made the decision to cancel Daredevil in the first place. But even when Netflix snubbed him for so long, Charlie currently has a leading role in AMC+'s Kin, an Irish gang drama which is very good so even outside of Netflix he's still doing good

Not exactly the situation QT was talking about because this was a 3 season TV show and not part of the MCU, so we developed more of a relationship with the series and actor than with any franchise. If you look at Tom Holland or whoever it is that plays Shang Chi or any other actor whose career got primarily started in the MCU, no one really cares about watching movies they star in outside of those characters. Also, clicking on a Netflix show isn't quite the same level of difficulty and expense as going to see a movie, so I'm going to hold off on calling Charlie Cox a movie star :P
